We would love to promise you that this will never happy, unfortunately we can’t. What we can promise however, any damages caused by any of our tenants or guests will be FULLY covered by ourselves as per our contract. You as a Landlord will still have you regular duties, we cover all the tedious tasks.

Maintenance issues – Log all maintenance issues using the portal provided to you, if you do not have access to the portal please contact our Property Management team on pm@aromaproperty.co.uk.

Smell Gas or your CO2 alarm has gone off? Call the Gas Emergency Helpline immediately on 0800 111 999 to report it before calling reporting it to us.
Who will occupy my property?
We implore different strategies with the properties under our service, which does not affect your rent which is guaranteed, For properties with a great location and good condition, with your permission will be used under our Short Lets division. We separately provide local councils with properties for Temporary Accommodation.
What if my property is damaged?
Do you pay deposits?
We do not. As we contractually have to keep your property to a high standard regardless of what strategy we use, it is common for us to make frequent repairs. Paying a deposit would be counter productive for us as that money could be used to pour back in to your property along the way. Remember, we have a reputation to upkeep so it is in our interest to.
